When the weather changes the plan
A cancelled husky trip, snowmobile outing or northern lights tour can be disappointing. Snow, ice, wind and visibility determine what is possible. A cancellation for unsuitable conditions is sometimes the right decision.

A different plan might be a walk on a suitable route, an animal encounter with a local provider or time at the lake. Ice fishing is only an option where the ice has been assessed as suitable. Rebooking depends on the provider, availability and conditions.
The house as a base
A private house gives you options even when you stay in: prepare a meal, read, talk or enjoy the sauna. You do not have to replace every cancelled excursion with another paid activity.
